Ingredients
  

MYRTLE LEAF SYRUP

  • 1/2 cup (125ml) lemon juice
  • 4 lemon myrtle leaves
  • 1 cup (250ml) water
  • 1/2 cup (110g) sugar

SPRITZ (PER SERVE)

  • 1 nip (30ml) myrtle leaf syrup
  • 1 nip (30ml) Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic DryLondon Spirit
  • chilled sparkling water from ZIP HydroTap
  • gum leaf, to garnish

Instructions
 

  • o make syrup, combine all syrup ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring gentlyto the boil, stirring until sugar dissolves; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.Set aside and allow to cool completely.
  • For each serve, pour 1 nip of syrup and 1 nip of Lyre’s Dry London Spirit intoa coupe glass; top with sparkling water. Garnish with a gum leaf to serve.
