Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (260g) raw almonds
  • filtered water
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Place almonds in a bowl & cover with filtered water; add salt and put into fridge to soak overnight
  • Turn the Smeg warming drawer to level 4. Drain almonds, and spread across a tray which has beenlined with baking paper. Place into warming drawer and cook for 4-6 hours or until dry and crisp.If you don’t have a warming drawer, cook in a fan forced oven, at 60°C for 6-8 hours
