Ingredients
  

  • 65 g sunflower seeds,soaked
  • 115 g cup peas (cooked)
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp sea salt (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 50 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Soak sunflower seeds for a couple of hoursin water or boil for 30 minutes. Rinse and drain
  • Add all ingredients to your Vitamix bowlor mini cup (if using) and secure the lid
  • Blend roughly for about 30 seconds untila ricotta style creamy texture is achieved
