Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml almond milk
  • 200 g canned chickpeas,drained
  • 60 g coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 tbsp of coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla powder
  • 1 /2 tsp of baking powder
  • White chocolate chips fortopping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pour the almond milk into the Vitamix containerthen add the canned chickpeas and sugar
  • Start on speed 1 and slowly increase to 10. Blendfor about 40 seconds until the ingredients arecombined into a thick mixture. Use the tamper topush ingredients through the blades if you need
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the almondbutter, coconut flour, vanilla powder and bakingpowder and fold it all together with a spatula
  • Spoon the blend into a mu°n tray and sprinklethe white chocolate on top
  • Bake in the oven at 200ºC for 15-20 minutes
