Ingredients
  

  • 8 each Sysco Simply Plant Based Cheesecake – Chocolate
  • 2 cup coconut whipped topping
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup Sysco Classic sliced almonds

Warm Sweet Cherry Compote

  • 2 cup Sysco Classic frozen pitted cherries, thawed
  • 1/3 cup Sysco Classic granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cherry liqueur
  • 1 tbsp Sysco Natural lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Warm Sweet Cherry Compote: Heat all ingredients and 1/3 cupwater to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-high heat,stirring occasionally; reduce heat to low and simmer untilcherries burst and mixture is thickened, about 15 minutes.
  • To serve, garnish the Sysco Simply Plant Based Cheesecake– Chocolate with warm sweet cherry compote, whippedtopping, chocolate and almonds.
