Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sysco Imperial Shredded Chicken Tenderloin
  • 1 each Imperial Fresh garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup Jade Mountain hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Jade Mountain Classic soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Imperial Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 16 oz Arrezzio Classic pizza dough ball
  • 1 tbsp Sysco Classic cornmeal, for dusting
  • 1 tbsp Arrezzio Imperial olive oil
  • 1 cup Arrezzio Imperial mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Imperial Fresh green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Imperial Fresh white mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 each Imperial Fresh green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Combine Sysco Imperial Shredded Chicken Tenderloin,garlic, ¼ cup hoisin sauce, soy sauce and ginger in a bowl.Makes about 1 cup.
  • To serve, stretch dough into 12 x 16-inch oval; place oncornmeal-dusted pizza peel
  • Brush dough with oil; topwith hoisin sauce, cheese, cabbage, mushrooms andMu Shu Chicken.
  • Slide pizza into deck oven or onto preheated pizza stone;bake at 500°F until bottom is browned, about 8 minutes.Cut into 8 slices; garnish with green onions.
