Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a sealableplastic bag.
  • Marinate the ingredients in the bag for 20 mins.in the refrigerator.
  • Fold each chicken breast in half. Place theRotisserie Shaft through the chicken. Secure theShaft with the Forks.
  • Place the Shaft into the air fryer. Press thePower Button and then the Rotisserie Button(375° F/191° C) and decrease the cooking timeto 25 mins. to begin the cooking cycle.
  • Use a meat thermometer to measure theinternal temperature of the chicken. The chickenis done when the internal temperature reaches165° F/75° C.
