Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups leftover macaroni andcheese, refrigerated
  • ¹/³ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup flou
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Combine the macaroni and cheese and cheddarcheese in a bowl.
  • Pour the flour into a second bowl.
  • Pour the breadcrumbs into a third bowl.
  • Combine the eggs and milk in a fourth bowland mix.
  • Use a small ice cream scoop to make pingpong-size balls out of the macaroni and cheesemixture.
  • Roll the mac and cheese balls in the flour, thenthe egg mixture, and finally the breadcrumbs.
  • Insert the basket into the air fryer.
  • Press the Chicken Button (360° F/182° C)and set the cooking time to 3 mins. Let the airfryer preheat.
  • Place the mac and cheese balls in the basket.Insert the basket into the air fryer.
  • Press the Chicken Button (360° F/182° C)and set the cooking time to 10 mins. Rotatethe mac and cheese balls halfway through thecooking time.
