Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds cubed pork
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 6 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 5 (7 ounce) cans diced green chilis
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons diced jalapenos
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 5-6 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 heaping teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Sear pork in olive oil.
  • Add all ingredients.
  • Simmer until pork is tender.
