Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (3 ¾ oz) smoked oysters, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature 
  • 1 green onion, minced (include green top) 
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • Pinch of garlic salt 

Instructions
 

  • Cut up the oysters and mash them with a fork. Combine with all other ingredients and  pack into a 2-cup mold or small bowl. Refrigerate for several hours. Unmold onto a plate  garnished with fresh parsley. Serve with crackers.
