Ingredients
  

  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 6 oz dry pasta
  • 1 1/2 tsp coarse blackpepper
  • 1 cup grated PecorinoRomano
  • 4-6 quarts of water

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot and water and salt.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add pasta, cook until al dente (or softer if you prefer).
  • Mix pepper and Pecorino Romano in a bowl.
  • Remove pasta from directly from water and put into bowlof mixed pepper and Pecorino Romano.
  • Mix well and add splashes of cooking water until cheesybecomes creamy.
