Ingredients
  

  • 2 (16 oz) packages ofrigatoni or penne pasta
  • 16 cups of water
  • 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 (12 oz) cans evaporatedmilk
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup bell peppers, finelychopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese,grated
  • 3 cups Gouda or cheddarcheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In large pot, add water and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add pasta and allow it to cook for 10-15 oruntil al dente.
  • Drain and set pasta aside.
  • In the same pot, saute butter, garlic, onions, and bellpeppers over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add pasta to sautéed ingredients along with 1 can ofevaporated milk and mix well.
  • Add seasoned salt, mayo, 1 cup of Parmesan, 2 cups Gouda or cheddar, and remaining can of evaporated milk.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour pasta into 15 x 10 x 2" baking dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until top is golden brown.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes to cool before serving.
