Easy Cheesy Chicken, Rice, & Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans cream of chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2-3 cups chicken, cooked& chopped
  • 3 cups broccoli florets,chopped
  • 3 cups rice, cooked
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Steam broccoli for about 5 minutes or until tender. Aftercooked, place to the side.
  • In a large mix bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sourcream, milk, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, poultryseasoning, salt, pepper, onion, 1 1/2 cup cheese, eggs andmayo until evenly combined.
  • Add cooked chicken, broccoli, and rice, mix well.
  • Grease a 9 x 13 dish and pour mixture into it.
  • In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups cheddar cheese, crushedRitz crackers, thyme and melted butter.
  • Pour over top of chicken, rice and broccoli mixture — Besure to spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30 – 35 minutes until top is golden brown.
  • Serve hot!
