Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cup half-and-half
  • 3 cup cubed, cooked chicken
  • Cooked white rice
  • 3 cup well-seasoned stock

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter. Add flour, salt and pepper.
  • Cook on low, stirring until smooth.
  • Add stock and half-and-half.
  • Stiruntil well blended.
  • Add chicken and stir until thickened.
  • Layer white rice, creamed chicken and choice oftoppings.
