Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans of black beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika & cuminv
  • 1 tsp salt & coriander
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • cup ground flax seed
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ tsp chipotle powder

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and drain 2 cans black beans and place in amedium bowl.
  • Sprinkle with salt and all the spices. Add olive oiland lime juice. Mash mixture until satisfied,leaving a little texture, then mix until combined.
  • Add ground flax seed and cilantro. Mix well untilcombined well. Let stand 10-15 flax have a chanceto absorb moisture.
  • Using clean damp hands, form into 4 largepatties (or 5 or 6 smaller ones).
  • Heat oil in a skillet, over medium heat. Sear eachside 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Feel freeto add any melty cheese.
