- 2 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 6 tbsp butter, melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Combine wet ingredients.
- Mix both together and pour into a greased loafpan.
- Bake at 350 for 50 min.
- Cool in pan for 5 min then cool on rack.
