Ingredients
  

  • Nonstick spray
  • 1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain fat free
  • Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightlycoat WW Silicone Mini Bagel Panwith nonstick spray.
  • In medium bowl, place flour andyogurt; stir well with wooden spoonuntil just combined and then keepmixing dough in bowl with yourhands until smooth, about 1 to 2minutes (if dough is too sticky toknead, add 1 to 2 more tablespoonsof flour); let dough sit 5 minutes.
  • Divide dough into 6 equal pieces.Roll each piece into a ball andpress into one hole of prepared pan to form bagel shape; repeat withremaining ingredients to form6 bagels.
  • Lightly coat bagel tops withnonstick spray. Bake until lightlybrowned, about 15 to 20 minutes.Gently remove bagels from pan andenjoy warm or at room temperature.
