Ingredients
  

2 & 3 QT

  • 1 cup leftovermacaroni andcheese, refrigerated
  • 1/2 cup shreddedcheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup plainbreadcrumbs

5 & 7 QT.

  • 2 cups leftovermacaroni andcheese, refrigerated
  • ¹/³ cup shreddedcheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup plainbreadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Combine the macaroni and cheese and cheddar cheesein a bowl.
  • Pour the flour into a second bowl.
  • Pour the breadcrumbs into a third bowl.
  • Combine the eggs and milk in a fourth bowl and mix.
  • Use a small ice cream scoop to make ping pong-sizeballs out of the macaroni and cheese mixture.
  • Roll the mac and cheese balls in the flour, then the eggmixture, and finally the breadcrumbs.
  • Insert the Fry Tray into the Basket. Insert the Basket intothe air fryer.
  • Set the cooking temperature to 360° F and the cookingtime to 3 mins. Let the air fryer preheat.
  • Place the mac and cheese balls in the Basket. Insert theBasket into the air fryer.
  • Set the cooking temperature to 360° F and the cookingtime to 10 mins. Rotate the mac and cheese ballshalfway through the cooking time.
