Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb. ground meatball mix(pork, beef & veal)
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients togetherin a bowl.
  • Form the ingredients into25 meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs onto theAir Flow Racks.
  • Place the Racks in the air fryer.Press the Power Button and thenthe Roast Button (350° F/177° C)and decrease the cooking time to20 mins. to begin the cooking cycle.
  • Serve in tomato sauce or gravy.
