Ingredients
  

BREADCRUMBS

  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup scallions, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, diced
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp. seafood seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • ½ cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 lb. lump crab meat

DIPPING SAUCE

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp. Thai chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt & ground black pepper,to season

Instructions
 

  • Combine the all the breadcrumbsingredients except the crab meatand cracker crumbs in a large bowl.
  • Gently mix the crab meat and¼ cup cracker crumbs into thebreadcrumbs mixture
  • Spread the remaining crackercrumbs onto a workable surface.
  • Form the crab mixture into12 equal-size balls.
  • Evenly coat the balls in the crackercrumbs and then gently press theballs to make patties.
  • Refrigerate the patties for 20 mins.
  • Place the crab cakes onto the AirFlow Racks.
  • Place the Racks in the PowerAirFryer Pro. Press the Power Buttonand then the Roast Button(350° F/177° C) and decrease thecooking time to 20 mins. to beginthe cooking cycle.
  • While the crab cakes cook, combineall the dipping sauce ingredientsand season the sauce with the saltand ground black pepper.
  • Serve the crab cakes with thedipping sauce while warm.
