Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups leftover macaroni andcheese, refrigerated
  • ¹/³ cup shredded cheddarcheese
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Combine the macaroni and cheese and cheddar cheesein a bowl.
  • Pour the flour into a second bowl.
  • Pour the breadcrumbs into a third bowl
  • Combine the eggs and milk in a fourth bowl and mix.
  • Use a small ice cream scoop to make ping pong-size ballsout of the macaroni and cheese mixture.
  • Roll the mac and cheese balls in the flour, then the eggmixture, and finally the breadcrumbs. Lightly spray each macand cheese ball with oil.
  • Set the cooking temperature to 360° F/182° C and thecooking time to 3 mins. Let the air fryer preheat.
  • Place the mac and cheese balls in the Inner Basket.Place the Air Flow Rack in the Outer Basket and placethe Inner Basket on the Air Flow Rack. Insert the OuterBasket into the air fryer.
  • Set the cooking temperature to 360° F/182° C and thecooking time to 12 mins. Rotate the mac and cheese ballshalfway through the cooking time.
