Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground chuck beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 hamburger rolls
  • 2 tbsp. margarine, soft
  • 6 pickle chips, dill
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • ½ cup yellow mustard
  • 4 slices American cheese

SAUCE

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. pickle relish
  • ½ tsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. white wine vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Form the ground chuck into fourpatties. Season the patties withthe salt and then set them asidein the refrigerator.
  • Add ½ tbsp. canola oil to a sautépan. Cook the onion in the pan untilcaramelized.
  • Rub the burgers with ¼ cupmustard. Place the burgers onto theAir Flow Racks.
  • he Power Button and then theFrench Fry Button (400° F/204° C)and decrease the cooking time to10 mins. to begin the cooking cycle.After 9 mins., top the burgers withthe cheese. When the cooking cycleis complete, remove the Racks andplace the patties on a plate.
  • Butter the inside of the burger rolls.Place the rolls onto the Racks.
  • Place the Racks in the air fryer. Pressthe Power Button and then theFrench Fry Button (400° F/204° C)and decrease the cooking time to3 mins. to begin the cooking cycle.
  • Place the lettuce, tomato, and sauceon each bottom roll. Add one burgerand top with some onions and halfof the pickles to each roll. Top eachburger with another burger, moreonions, and the sauce. Top with thetop half of the roll.
