Ingredients
  

Egg Mixture

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. unsaltedbutter, melted
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ripe banana,mashed
  • 1 brioche loaf,cut into 12 slices
  • 1 cup cinnamon crunchcereal, crushed finely

Topping

  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mix the egg, vanilla, salt, butter, cream, and themashed banana in a bowl.
  • Dip the brioche slices into the egg mixture and coatthe bread with the cereal crumbs.
  • Press the French Fry Button (400° F/204° C) and setthe cooking time to 3 mins. Let the air fryer preheat.
  • Place the French toast slices (one per batch) inthe Outer Basket. Insert the Outer Basket into theair fryer.
  • Press the French Fry Button (400° F/204° C) and setthe cooking time to 10 mins. Flip the French toasthalfway through the cooking time.
  • Top with the pecans, cranberries, banana slices,and syrup.
