Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp. dried sriracha powder
  • 2 lb. 21–25 shrimp,peeled & deveined
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • iceberg lettuce, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Mix the dried sriracha and cornstarchtogether in a bowl.
  • Coat the shrimp in the cornstarchmix.Place the shrimp in a single layeronto the Air Flow Racks.
  • Place the shrimp in a single layeronto the Air Flow Racks.
  • Place the Racks in the air fryer. Pressthe Power Button and then theFrench Fry Button (400° F/204° C for15 mins.) to begin the cooking cycle.Flip the shrimp after 10 mins.
  • While the shrimp cooks, combine themayonnaise and sweet chili sauce.
  • Serve the shrimp over lettuce andwith the sauce for dipping.
