Ingredients
  

  • 3 3 lb ground meatball mix (pork, beef & veal)
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Form the ingredients into 25 meatballs
  • Place the meatballs onto the Air Flow Racks.
  • Place the Racks in the Power AirFryer Pro Plus. Press the Power Button and then theSteaks/Chops Button (370° F/185° C) and decrease the cooking time to 20 mins. to beginthe cooking cycle.
  • Serve in tomato sauce or gravy.
