Course Spaghetti

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g (0.45 lb) spaghetti

Dressing

  • 100 g pecorino romano cheese (grated)
  • Pepper, to your liking

Instructions
 

  • Bring salted water to a boil
  • Cook the spaghetti “al dente” (cooked to be £rm to the bite)
  • Meanwhile, put the pecorino cheese in a bowl and add a fewtablespoons of the cooking water.
  • Mix well until the sauce becomes creamy.
  • Drain the spaghetti and add to the bowl with the pecorino cheese.
  • Stir and add the pepper to your liking.
