Ingredients
  

  • 4 striped bass fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat an oven to 400°F. Season the flesh side of the basswith salt and pepper. Preheat a large sauté pan on highheat. Sear the fillets on both sides, then transfer to theoven to finish cooking
