Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. minced oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. minced thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. minced shallots
  • Olive oil, as needed
  • 1 skirt steak, 8-10 oz.

Instructions
 

  • Make a paste by combining the garlic, oregano, parsley,thyme, shallots, and enough olive oil to cover the mixture. Trim the skirt steak of its outer fat and marinateovernight.
