Ingredients
  

  • Pie crust
  • Apple mixture
  • 1 oz. unsalted butter
  • Sugar for sprinkling on top, as needed

Instructions
 

  • Roll the dough into 6” circles and place on a parchmentpaper lined sheet tray.
  • Divide the apple mixture intothe middle of each prepared dough circle; be carefulto not overfill the dough.
  • Fold the dough up over theapple mixture, making pleats with the dough to form thetart. Sprinkle with sugar and place ½ ounce of butter indots across each tart. Bake at 375˚F for 20 minutes andthen increase the temperature to 400˚F for another 8minutes until golden brown and the apples are tender.Pull the crostatas from the oven and allow to cool at roomtemperature.
