Equipment

  • 1 Oster Pro 1100 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg grilling steak
  • 75 ml soy sauce
  • 75 ml balsamic vinegar
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 30 g fresh coriander
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 3 g each cumin and coriander

For the chimichurri:

  • 1/2 onion
  • 15 g fresh parsley
  • 15 g fresh coriander
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 g each cumin and coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all the meat marinade ingredients into the jarof your Oster Pro™ 1100 blender and use the PULSEfunction, until chopped
  • Place the steak into a zipperbag, along with the marinade, and leave in thefridge to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour, ideallyovernight
  • Place all the chimichurri ingredients in the jar of yourOster Pro™ 1100 blender and use the FOOD CHOP/SALSA function until you get a smooth sauce
  • Barbeque the meat and serve it with the chimichurri
