Equipment

  • 1 Oster Pro 1100 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g wholemeal spaghetti
  • 1 g garlic powder
  • 50 g goats cheese
  • 50 g ricotta or curd
  • 25 ml milk
  • 30 g fresh spinach
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Basil leaves

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti until ‘al dente’.
  • In your Oster Pro™ 1100 blender add all other ingredientsand select the FOOD CHOP/SALSA function until they form acreamy sauce.
  • Drain the pasta but save 1 cup water
  • Add the spinach sauce tothe pasta and slowly add the water until mixed well.
  • Garnish with some torn basil leaves.
