Equipment

  • 1 Oster Pro 1100 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g carrots, cut into quarters
  • 1 onion, halved
  • 4 celery sticks, halved
  • 2 potatoes, pealed and halved
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 950 ml low salt chicken stock
  • 1 bay Leaf
  • 1 g dried thyme
  • 60 ml almond milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the carrots, onion, celery and garlic in a large pan withsome of the stock, for around 10 minutes.
  • Add the potatoes,thyme, salt and pepper and let it cook for a little longer.
  • Addthe rest of the stock and the bay leaf and bring to the boil.
  • Reduce the heat to simmer, until all vegetables are cooked.
  • Remove the bay leaf, allow to cool.
  • Add the cooked vegetables to your Oster Pro™ 1100 blender,together with the milk, and chose the FOOD CHOP/SALSAfunction, until they are blended well.
  • Serve with crusty bread.
