  • 1 Oster Pro 1100 Blender


  • 300 ml chilled almond milk
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 40 g peanut/almond butter
  • 30 ml maple syrup or Stevia
  • 100 g oats
  • 100 g full fat natural yoghurt
  • 30 g chia seeds


  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 75 g strawberries, sliced
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 15 g chia seeds


  • This recipe is delicious when made using the Almond Milk recipe inthis book, alternatively use plain milk if you prefer.
  • Place the apple and the milk into the Oster Pro™ 1100 blenderjug.
  • Select the FOOD CHOP/SALSA function and blend for 10-15seconds.
  • Pour the contents into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, stirwell and refridgerate overnight.
  • Spoon the chilled Muesli into bowls and top with your favouritefruits.
