Equipment

  • 1 Oster Pro 1100 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 150 g unsalted almonds
  • 15 g Dijon mustard
  • 20 g brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • In your Oster Pro™ 1100 blender, add the almonds and selectthe PULSE function until they are finely ground, similar to flour.
  • Place this “flour” on a plate and add the sugar, mixing well.
  • Onanother plate coat the fillets with the mustard.
  • Then coat thefillets with the “flour”.
  • Place the fish on an oven-safe tray and bake for 15 mins at175°C/350°F
  • Serve with some mixed salad and Aioli.
