Ingredients
  

BASE:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp sunflower butter or almond butter
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

TOPPINGS:

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh mango
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp granola
  • Dark chocolate or honey for garnish

Instructions
 

BASE:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender andpuree until smooth.

TOPPINGS:

  • Pour the smoothie base into a bowl and garnish withblueberries, strawberries, banana, mango, hemp seedsand granola. Add a final touch of dark chocolate or honeyand enjoy!
