- 12 hard boiled eggs
- 4 lbs sausage (breakfast works best)
- Bread crumbs
- 1 raw egg
- Peel hard boiled eggs.
- Wrap in sausage until about 3/8 inch thick allaround.
- Roll in raw egg.
- Roll in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry until sausage is done.
- Serve with horseradish and mayo sauce.
