Ingredients
  

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 4 lbs sausage (breakfast works best)
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 raw egg

Instructions
 

  • Peel hard boiled eggs.
  • Wrap in sausage until about 3/8 inch thick allaround.
  • Roll in raw egg.
  • Roll in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry until sausage is done.
  • Serve with horseradish and mayo sauce.
