Ingredients
  

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 14.75-oz cans cream corn
  • 2 12-oz cans evaporated milk

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, pan melt the stick of butter onmedium heat.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the diced onionsand sauté until the onions are clear.
  • Then add salt, pepper, diced potatoes andenough water to cover the diced potatoes in thesaucepan. Bring to a boil on high heat for about10 minutes.
  • Turn stove top down to simmer, and add 2 cansof cream corn and 2 cans of evaporated milk.Stir in and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
