Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup butter milk
  • 1 stick margarine (regular, not whipped)

Instructions
 

  • Melt margarine and mix all ingredients untilwell blended.
  • Roll out using a mixture of both flours.
  • Cut out crust using any size cutter you want.
  • Using a pastry brush, brush rim of crust lightlywith water.
  • Fold over preferred pie filling and crimp usingsmall fork lines.
  • Fry in oil about 1/2-3/4 inches deep in skillet onmedium heat (if they are browning too fast,turn heat down). Turn when brown on one side.
  • Enjoy!
