Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 32 oz container chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Combine cornmeal, egg, flour, milk, vegetable oiland poultry seasoning into a bowl and mix well.
  • Add mixture to a coated cast iron skillet. Bake at450 degreesfor 20-25 minutes or until goldenbrown.
  • Adjust oven temperature to 350 degrees.
  • Crumble cornbread into a mixing bowl. Addcream of chicken soup and chicken broth tocornbread and mix well
  • Place mixture into a greased non-stick pan.Spread small amount of cream of chicken soupa cross top of mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degreesfor 30-40 minutes or untilgolden brown.
