Ingredients
  

  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Boil chicken with 3 chicken bouillon cubes andsave broth.
  • Chop chicken and mix it with the cream ofchicken soup,sour cream and 1 sleeve crushedRitz crackers. Then, add just enough broth to wetmixture but not make itrunny (about 1/3-1/2cup).
  • Pourinto greased 8×8 dish, top with secondsleeve of crushed Ritz crackeres and drizzlemelted butter on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350 degreesfor 35minutes. Remove foil for last 10 minutestobrown on top. Enjoy!
