Ingredients
  

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Stirtogether garlic, balsamic vinegar,salt,pepper and olive oil in a small bowl.
  • Pour mixture into a gallon size plastic bag. Addtenderloinsto bag and shake well, being sure tocoat well.
  • Heat canola oil in heavy sauté pan oriron skilletto medium high heat. Seartenderloins on allsides, about 4 minutes perside.
  • Transfer pan to oven. Roast pork, turningoccasionally, until internal temperature is 160degrees, about 20-25 minutes. Letrest for 10minutes before slicing.
