Equipment

Ingredients
  

For the fish

  • 4 trout (250 g each), ready to cook
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

For the stuffing

  • 200 g button mushrooms, fresh
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 25 g parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter

For the dish

  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Drizzle the lemon juice over the trout.Season with salt and pepper inside andout.
  • To make the stuffing, clean themushrooms. Finely chop the onion,garlic, mushrooms and parsley, and mixwell. Season the mixture with salt andpepper
  • Grease the glass tray. Stuff the troutwith the mixture and place them side byside on the glass tray. Insert the foodprobe. Dot with small chunks of butter.
  • Place the glass tray in the oven andcook.
