  • 1 Microwave safe ovenproof dish, 22 cm
  • 1 Glass tray


  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 125 g raisins
  • 37 g instant custard powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 30 g butter

For sprinkling

  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

For dotting

  • 30 g butter


  • Mix together the quark, eggs, sugar,vanilla sugar, lemon juice and raisins.
  • Sift together the custard powder andbaking powder and fold in.
  • Place themixture in the ovenproof dish, sprinklewith breadcrumbs and dot with chunksof butter.
  • Place the ovenproof dish on the glasstray in the oven. Cook.
