Equipment

  • 1 Glass dish with lid, microwave safe, 23 cm
  • 1 Glass tray

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion | diced
  • 150 g celery | diced
  • 2 tomatoes | diced
  • 150 g carrots | sliced
  • 100 g green beans, frozen
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 50 g pasta (small shells)
  • 1 tbsp mixed Italian herbs, frozen
  • 1 ltr vegetable stock

For sprinkling

  • 100 g hard cheese (Parmesan), wholepiece

Instructions
 

  • Put the bacon, onion, celery, tomatoesand carrots into the glass dish.
  • Add the beans, peas, pasta and herbsalong with the stock and stir. Cover theglass dish and place on the glass tray.

Automatic programme:

  • Start the Automatic programme, followthe instructions in the display and cookthe minestrone.

Manual:

  • Cook using the settings indicated forcooking stage 1. Stir the minestroneand cook using the settings indicatedfor cooking stage 2.
  • Grate the Parmesan and sprinkle it over the top.
