Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g WW Protein Booster
  • Red Fruits
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g 0% fat natural Greek
  • yogurt
  • 80 ml skimmed milk
  • 18 raspberries
  • 18 blueberries
  • 1 tsp icing sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6
  • In a bowl, combine the WW Protein Booster Red Fruitswith the baking powder and brown sugar.
  • Add the eggs, yogurt and skimmed milk. Whisk into asoft batter. Reserve 6 berries, chop the rest and addthem to the batter. Mix gently with a wooden spoon.
  • Pour the mixture into 6 nonstick muffin moulds
  • Press the reserved fruit into the tops of each muffin.Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Cool to room temperature and remove from the muffinmoulds. Enjoy sprinkled with icing sugar.
