Ingredients
  

  • 40 g WW Protein Red Fruits
  • 60 g porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 60 g apple sauce
  • 1 tsp dried cranberries
  • 125 g fat free natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • 2 drops lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  • In a bowl, combine the WW Protein Booster Red Fruitswith the oats, mix together, then add the agave syrup,apple sauce and cranberries. Mix again.
  • Divide into 5 equal sized bars, pressing down on thetop. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes, remove from ovenand cool to room temperature.
  • To make the yogurt coating, whisk the yogurt,cornflour, icing sugar and lemon juice in a bowl, thendip the cereal bars into the mixture. Once they arecoated, place on a plate and refrigerate for aboutan hour.
