Ingredients
  

  • 50 g low-fat spread(at room temperature)
  • 35 g brown sugar
  • 100 g WW Protein Booster
  • Red Fruits
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 15 small raspberries
  • 14 g rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk the low-fat spread and sugar togetheruntil the mixture gets fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract,then the WW Protein Booster Red Fruits.
  • Use a tablespoon to get 15 evenly sized scoops. Placeone raspberry in the middle of each bite. Then rollusing the palm of your hands into smooth, round balls.
  • Dip them into the rainbow sprinkles to coat all over.Place on a baking tray or plate and refrigerate for1 hour.
