Ingredients
  

  • 100 g WW Protein Booster
  • Cacao
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tbsp caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g 0% fat natural Greek
  • yogurt
  • 80 ml skimmed milk
  • 10 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
  • 6 hazelnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200 °C, fan 180 °C, gas mark 6.
  • In a bowl, combine the WW Protein Booster Cacao withthe baking powder and caster sugar.
  • Add the eggs, yogurt and skimmed milk. Whisk intoa soft batter. Pour the mixture into 6 nonstick muffinmoulds.
  • Roughly chop the dark chocolate and hazelnuts.Sprinkle on top of each muffin, gently pressing in tomake them stick to the batter. Cook in the oven for20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, cool to room temperature andremove from the muffin moulds.
