Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 100 g WW Protein Booster
  • Cacao
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 300 ml skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, to serve
  • 1 banana, sliced to serve
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder, to serve

Instructions
 

  • Crack the egg into a large bowl. Add the WW ProteinBooster Cacao, baking powder, milk and a pinch of salt.Whisk until the batter becomes smooth.
  • Put a nonstick frying pan on medium heat. When it ishot, pour a ladleful of batter into the pan.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface,then flip and cook for a further 1 minute
  • Transfer to a plate and continue with the rest of thebatter.
  • Serve the pancakes with the maple syrup, banana and cocoa powder.
