Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 100 g WW Protein Booster
  • Red Fruits
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 300 ml skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp honey, to serve
  • 1 handful blueberries, to serve
  • 1 tsp icing sugar, to serve

Instructions
 

  • Crack the egg into a large bowl. Add the WW ProteinBooster Red Fruits, baking powder, milk and a pinch ofsalt. Whisk until the batter becomes smooth
  • Put a nonstick frying pan on a medium heat. When it ishot pour a ladleful of batter into the pan.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface,then flip and cook for a further minute.
  • Transfer to a plate and continue with the rest of thebatter.
  • Serve with the honey, blueberries & icing sugar.
